Hi, we’re PACIFIC and we are a creative agency that helps local and global brands create pop-cultural impact. How? By developing communication and money-can’t-buy experiences with the leaders that shape today’s Zeitgeist (from fashion to music, art, sports, lifestyle, you name it). Why? Because this is exactly how a brand ends up in everyone’s social newsfeed. And this is where culture is being shaped.

As we’re moving (and growing) fast, we’re looking for like-minded people who want to shake things up with us. And we’d love for you to join our international team in Berlin as Concept Creative (m/f/d):

As Concept Creative you will:

You play a key role in developing cultural relevant ideas, including copywriting and KOL selections
You ideate and devise KOL concepts for all relevant platforms, events and activations
Together with clients, KOLs and colleagues you shape the Co-Creation and storytelling process
You accompany onsite KOL content productions
You present ideas confidently and enthusiastically to our clients and other partners
As a Concept Creative they can't put your skillset into one box. You are an all-rounder. From writing concepts and scripts to visualizations or event activations – you enjoy it all.

What we’d like you to bring:

You have worked at least 3 years for a creative agency
You’re experienced in concepting creative campaigns for different target groups
Wide-ranging interest in pop culture
You’re a sucker for top level creation and you want to work with international brands & artists
You have excellent copywriting skills but also an excellent visual eye which is reflected in your presentations as well
You know what’s hot and what’s not in the music, fashion, art, design, tech, gaming .... actually, any industry that’s pushing things forward and excites groups of like-minded people
You have high standards for the quality and results of your work
Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
You work with common tools (e.g. PowerPoint). Photoshop skills are a plus but not mandatory
