We’re PACIFIC and we connect the world’s most creative brands to its most ambitious creators making value-adding experiences happen – no matter in which country or vertical.
To do that, we’ve grown a global network of creators, artists, agencies, set designers, musicians – you name it – identifying talented, specialised collaborators around the world.
We call them PACIFIC fellows. And they’re the reason our clients always work with the best talent, no matter where they’re based.
Our core team is a merry band of music folks, digital natives, events people, e-commerce nuts, techies, consultants, B2B nerds, motorheads, sneakerheads, metalheads and Whitney Houston fans.
Always a lot of fun – and we wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

Joe’s embraced change throughout his career. Joe helped lead Sony Music towards digitalization and built several businesses together with Sven. After 15 years in the music industry and corporate environments, Joe and Sven founded PACIFIC to satisfy their more entrepreneurial appetites.
Like Joe, Sven is a child of the then rapidly changing music industry. As an “entrepreneur within the company” he was responsible for artists, (lots of) content and business development for about 15 years. He met Joe early in his career, and they decided in 2013 to take the step out of the corporation and into self-employment. The driving force then, as now, are the people we get to work with. Both inside and outside the company.

Wendy is our personal Swiss Knife. After her Business degree, she was torn between becoming a professional pianist and diving into the business world – and ended up landing in the Sony Music Brand Partnership team in Munich where she met Joe and Sven…and the rest is history. At PACIFIC, she runs the Co-Creation unit, deciding on who is hot and who is not, what the latest trends are and how your brand should play in the ever-changing communication game.
After having started her career working at various digital marketing and advertising agencies abroad (AMS, LDN, NYC), Martha joined the PACIFIC team to head up our Berlin office. She is a tenacious force for better experiences, better products and better ways of working together.
If you want to look right at PACIFIC’s beating heart, meet Tami. She makes sure everyone feels welcome and has what they need. You wouldn’t want to mess with her. With her long-year experience at Beastin, she is the agency’s Chief-Number-Cruncher and optimises us and our processes to perfection.
Lotti is the ultimate culture geek. After being raised on three different continents, she started out in film and visual communications and after a few years at Highsnobiety, she thankfully joined the PACIFIC gang.
If you want to know what’s happening in the social sphere, who is up and coming and who your brand should be co-creating with, Lotti is your girl.
Sebastian is the brain of the agency. With his solid digital and content strategy background, he makes sure that we don’t just shoot out random ideas or get too carried away but that everything we do pays into real customer needs and into the client’s brand strategy…and that there is a strategy to begin with.
When you meet Sarah, you quickly realise she is a wholehearted New Yorker trapped in a German body. After three years on Madison Avenue and a couple of other advertising gigs, Sarah joined PACIFIC to run our large global clients and make the impossible possible.
Mario is not only the European Top Scorer at the Intern College Soccer-League York College of Pennsylvania. He also happens to run all our experiential activation projects. He’s why they’re always tight as a drum. Trade shows, concerts, digital festivals, hybrid events, festivals, you name it. He’s been there, done that, got the T-shirt and helped get the T-shirt printed too.
Ever wondered what a person looks like who can coordinate, lead, and supervise the entire repertoire of experiential communication for your brand? Tess definitely wears a superheroine cape to manage it all at once. There’s no other way we can explain how she masters high-level artists, experiences, and media productions under the most challenging circumstances with courage and poise.
With 10 years of agency experience under his belt, Korbi is an absolute pro when it comes to all things digital, social and content. But he doesn’t stop there. As the allrounder he is, he is also our CTO (with a LOT of patience), gaming and tech expert, and very much loved by all talent we work with.
We’re always on the look-out for talented and nice people to join our team. Check out if we have an opening that fits what you’re after – or drop us a note to say hello anyway.
