Hi, we’re Pacific and we are a brand experience agency. We like to move brands. How? By knocking things out of the park and co-creating experiences with cultural pioneers that end up in everyone’s social newsfeed. Why? Because this is how and where marketing is actually happening. And this is where culture is being shaped.

And we’re moving (and growing) fast. This is why we’re looking for like-minded people who want to shake things up with us. And we’d love for you to join our international team.

As a Co-Creation Creative you will:

Research what’s hot and what’s not in the music, fashion, art, design…actually any industry that’s pushing things forward and excites groups of like-minded people
Share creative insights with the client and Pacific team
Help translate the things that are shaping our culture and world into interesting new ideas for events, campaigns, PR stunts…pretty much anything that excites the newsfeed
Work closely with our creative team (and external creative specialists) on ideas that push co-creation forward
Consult clients on trends, creative mechanics and people who shape and should shape our culture
Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders to discuss projects, co-creation mechanics and any other crazy initiatives that might pop up or you can think of

What we’d like you to bring:

At least four years’ experience working in a marketing agency or dynamic client environment
A love and curiosity for finding new things, places, marketing mechanics and cultural pioneers – and create new connections among it all
A deep understanding of the digital and social space
A drive to push the boundaries of what’s actually possible in marketing and brand partnerships
Develop, present and sell your ideas to everyone who needs convincing
Play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
