Hi, we’re PACIFIC and we are a creative agency that specializes in helping brands create cultural relevance.

How? By developing communication and thumb-stopping experiences with cultural pioneers (today’s shakers and makers) that end up in everyone’s social newsfeed. Why? Because this is how and where marketing is actually happening. And this is where culture is being shaped.

As we’re moving (and growing) fast, we’re looking for like-minded people who want to shake things up with us. And we’d love for you to join our international team in Munich as a Client Service Director (m/f/d).

As Client Service Director you will:

  • Successfully lead international client relationships with seven-digit-budgets
  • Lead a team of Account Managers, Creatives and Freelance partners to deliver a multitude of projects on time, in budget and with a high-quality standard – exceeding the client’s expectations
  • Consult the client’s senior stakeholders and give them sound advice on what (and what not) to do
  • Roll up his or her sleeves and get things done during crunch time
  • Have a strong financial, analytical and creative understanding
  • Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Help shape our agency culture

What we’d like you to bring:

  • At least eight years of experience working in a marketing agency or dynamic client environment
  • Have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen
  • Run client relationships independently end-to-end
  • Share a passion for project delivery, budgets and processes
  • Be able to juggle several projects at once
  • Play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
  • Curious and eager to learn new stuff
  • Engage and lead a client (and project teams in general of course)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
