As we’re moving (and growing) fast, we’re looking for like-minded people who want to shake things up with us. And we’d love for you to join our international team in Munich as Junior Strategy Manager (m/f/d):

As Junior Strategy Manager you will:

Get things done, whatever this may be. From researching current trends, participating in brainstorming sessions, preparing clients briefings and presentations, generating creative concepts to handling and maintaining our strategic database – even if you have never done it, you are up for the challenge and want to learn how to run projects successfully from a strategic perspective
Support our Strategy Director in the ongoing strategy process and other (fun) shenanigans
Research what’s hot and what’s not in the music, fashion, art, design, tech, gaming …. actually any industry that’s pushing things forward and excites groups of like-minded people
Be co-responsible for extensive analyses of markets, trends, design, target groups or competitors
Help to develop targeted strategies and optimize our strategy process within the agency
Work closely with our creative team (and external creative specialists) to create holistic and unprecedented brand communications and experiences
Assist with complex projects and ensure everyone is on strategy and following the overarching mission and vision of the brand
You should live our agency culture

What we’d like you to bring:

You have completed a degree or training in the field of communication and/or marketing
You ideally have first agency experience in strategy development, storytelling, conception, user and brand experience
You have strong conceptual skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
You know how to research, collect data and condense the results to guide your team and our clients
A strategic, proactive and independent way of working is a matter of course for you
You are very familiar with Microsoft 365 Office
You play nicely with others – you are nice & fair to everyone we work with
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
